This partnership is built not only on business alignment but also on a long-standing personal friendship: Winfried Wagner, one of the two Managing Directors of Evershield GmbH, and Bernd Zimmermann, Managing Director of CCM GmbH, have decided to join forces to strengthen both companies’ market presence across Europe.
